Howard's greatest strength has always been a unique ability to creatively merge existing tools and models into innovative programs that achieve unprecedented impact on the quality of people's lives. Serving as a catalyst for breakthroughs in all aspects of life has been his central desire and passion for over 29 years.

Howard's journey began in the 1970s when he engineered a significant career change from Mathematics to the field of personal development. While going through this process, he was appalled at the limited tools and support available for people going through career transitions. This gave birth to the highly successful Career Crafting program which has now been in existence for over two decades throughout the US.

In recent years, Howard has focused on bringing his skills to the arena of business and in particular, sales. In recognizing the dismal state of sales and communication skills in our society and the importance of these skills, he created the Relationship Mastery Selling program now being offered by Breakthrough Coaching in several affordable packages.
